Integrity Dispatch

Welcome aboard

Let's get your day planning itself.

Integrity Dispatch tells you the best tech and time for every job, and keeps the whole day on track when a crew runs late. Here is how to be up and running in about 15 minutes.

Get started in 15 minutes

Do these in order. Most shops are running real jobs within a coffee break.

1

Open the app and sign in. The first person in is the owner and sets up everyone else.

2

Set up your crew · Settings

  • Under Team, click Add employee for each tech or dispatcher.
  • Give each tech a start location (usually the shop or their home) and their working hours. This is what lets the app route them. A tech with no start location will not get scheduled.
  • You can give them a login on the spot, or skip it for now.
  • Optional: under Job types & skills, list what your crews do (well pump, softener install, RO). Jobs that need a skill only go to crews who have it.
3

Add your customers · Customers

  • Add them with New customer, or
  • Click Import CSV to bring your whole list in at once.
4

Place your first job · Dispatch

Click Place a job, type the service address (pick the suggestion so we can map it), set the duration, and hit Recommend best slot. The app shows the best tech and time, factoring in drive time and existing appointments. Confirm it, and it lands on that tech's route.

5

Put the Tech view on your crew's phones

Each tech opens the app on their phone and goes to Tech view: they see their route in order with arrival times, tap to drive / start / complete, and tap Flag delay if they fall behind, which lands on your board instantly.

Your daily flow

Once you are set up, it runs itself.

Start of day

Plan the board

Open Dispatch. The Unscheduled backlog is work waiting to be placed. Use Place a job or Optimize route to tighten a day.

During the day

Handle delays

If a tech flags a delay, the board shows the single cheapest fix, push back, move the job to another tech, or reschedule it, and you approve in one tap. Nothing changes until you say so.

Follow-ups

Revisits

When a tech requests a revisit, it lands on your Jobs page as unscheduled work, ready to reschedule whenever it fits.

Plans & seats

14 days free to start (30 days with your beta code). Card required, no charge until the trial ends.

You only pay for the write access you use: your owner seat, plus $100/month per extra dispatcher and $50/month per extra tech. Looking at the board is always free, so office staff can watch at no charge.
